Our Sunday morning worship service is at 10.45am and usually lasts around one hour.
It is a blend of modern songs, with occasionally more traditional hymns, prayers, bible readings and a message. We aim for it to be relaxing, with a mix of humour, encouragement and challenge to empower you for being Jesus’ love and light during the week.
Our children stay with us for about 15 minutes and then leave to go to Kingdom Kids. Under 3s stay in the main worship service with their parents, there is an area with some toys and books which you are welcome to use.
Following the service, we have coffee, tea and refreshments to give time to chat and catch up with each other.
Once a month (usually the 3rd Sunday of the month) our worship service includes a communion service, where we gather together to share in remembering Jesus’ sacrifice, resurrection and look to His second-coming.
The table is open to all who know Jesus as their living Lord and Saviour, it follows a similar pattern each month, of prayers, remembering why we share, someone from the leadership team will lead us in a prayer of thanksgiving and the bread and wine is shared.
Church Parade Family Service
We have a family Church Parade service five times a year (February, Easter, July, Harvest, Christingle).
Our Brownies and Boys Brigade present their flags and then our Pastor Julie, leads us in an all-age service, mixing songs, games/ activity, and a message.
